Join a Team That Keeps Local Construction Moving. We are hiring Ready-Mix Drivers to safely deliver concrete to customer job sites while providing dependable, professional service. This is a hands-on driving position where drivers play a critical role in daily operations and customer success.
Whether you are an experienced driver or growing your CDL career, we offer opportunities with our Tiered Driver Program, providing opportunities for both experienced CDL drivers and developing drivers who want to grow their careers.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a Ready-Mix concrete truck
- Deliver concrete to job sites safely and on time
- Monitor load quality and mixer performance
- Communicate with dispatch, batch plant personnel, and customers
- Complete inspections and maintain equipment cleanliness
Requirements:
- Valid Class A or B CDL
- Safe driving history and acceptable MVR
- Ability to work overtime, early mornings, and weekends as needed
- Commitment to safety, customer service, and teamwork
